People rarely come to you with one isolated issue. A key decision, recurring pattern, relationship conflict or problem at work is often connected to many layers of their life and psyche.
- Explore what is happening within the individual, including their emotions, values, beliefs, protective patterns & choices.
- Work with what is happening between people, including communication, attachment, power, conflict & care.
- Navigate what is happening around them, including family, workplace, culture, community & practical pressures.
Know when to focus on the individual, when to focus on the relationships involved & when change is needed within the wider system.
Is this you?
You may already have valuable training, experience & methods. Yet when a person’s history, relationships, emotions, circumstances & choices are all interacting, it can still be difficult to know how the pieces fit together and what deserves your attention.
- You have learned useful models, but they do not always form one coherent way of working.
- You can see several possible directions in a session, but are not always sure where to focus.
- You want to work with greater depth without exceeding your competence or scope.
- You want to know when to listen, inquire, challenge, regulate, map, support action or refer.
- You are looking for an approach that helps you think more clearly, not another rigid process to follow.
Bring What You Know Into One Coherent Way of Working
Creator Coaching helps you integrate the knowledge, skills & experience you already have while developing a broader framework for understanding people, relationships & the systems around them.
- Connect psychological, relational, embodied & systemic perspectives without reducing a person to any one of them.
- Develop an understanding of what is happening as the work unfolds, then revise it in response to what you learn.
- Choose & adapt methods according to the person, relationship & context, rather than relying on a fixed process.
- Know when to listen, inquire, challenge, support regulation, map, encourage action or refer beyond your scope.Â
You will learn from a multidisciplinary faculty bringing almost a century of combined therapeutic experience, alongside decades of coaching, education, mediation, embodiment, systems work & creative practice.

in Real TimeÂ
While many coaching & therapy trainings involve large amounts of information being absorbed passively, the Creator Coaching Program focuses on real-time integration.
- Explore each framework through your own life & experience.
- Observe faculty demonstrating how they listen, formulate & respond in the moment.
- Practise with peers during workshops, buddy sessions & dedicated practica.
- Receive feedback on your presence, communication, judgment & impact.
- Apply your developing capabilities with practice clients.
- Reflect on what happened, revise your understanding & try again.
Throughout the program, you will move repeatedly between learning, experience, practice & reflection, so that what you understand intellectually becomes something you can actually embody and use.

The Inner and Outer Work of the
Creator Coaching Program
Effective practice depends on both what happens within you & what happens between you and others.
ARC provides the inner foundation:
Awareness, Regulation & Communication.
AWARENESS
Notice the sensations, emotions, thoughts, scripts, and assumptions shaping how you experience yourself, others, and the moment.
 REGULATION
Work with your nervous system and your mind so patterns of intensity, defense, collapse, or control don't dictate your communication.
COMMUNICATION
Bring awareness and regulation into communication through courage, consideration, and skillful adaptation to different contexts.
LIPS develops the relational practice:
Listening, Inquiry, Presence & Speech.
LISTENING
Focus on understanding, allowing words, feelings, values, silences, and signals to inform and change what you hear.
INQUIRY
Ask from care-led curiosity, forming questions that reveal experience, soften certainty, and deepen shared understanding.
PRESENCE
Bring your whole self to communication, body, heart, and mind, remaining available to yourself, the other, and the field.
SPEECH
Say what needs saying with honesty, simplicity, timing, and care, informed by listening, inquiry, and presence.
Core Models for Understanding Clients & their Relationships
Integral Attunement Matrix
The Integral Attunement Matrix (IAM) helps practitioners notice what may be shaping a client’s experience across six dimensions: Time, Perspectives, Attachment, Body, Mind & Approach/Avoidance.
Rather than viewing a person through a single lens, the IAM acts as a live map for noticing what deserves attention, how different dimensions are interacting & where further exploration may be useful.
Freedom & Attachment Matrix
The Freedom & Attachment Matrix (FAM) helps practitioners explore the ongoing tension between clients' needs for connection & freedom.
It brings attention to how attachment, autonomy, protection, closeness & distance are playing out within a person and their relationships, helping practitioners build a richer understanding of what may be supporting or constraining more honest, secure & self-directed ways of relating.
Cairo Rha
Program Architect & Integrative Practice
Cairo Rha is a qualified psychotherapist, counsellor, mediator, coach & educator, with degrees across mental health, education & the arts and more than two decades of experience in human development.
His work spans individual and relationship practice, cross-cultural dialogue, education, mediation, group facilitation & high-stakes conversations. He has developed original frameworks for communication, personal development & relationship dynamics that sit at the heart of the Creator Coaching Program.
Cairo’s practice integrates evidence-informed psychological approaches with relational, somatic, narrative, existential, contemplative & creative traditions. He is especially interested in helping practitioners understand what different approaches reveal, where they are limited & what the person or situation in front of them actually requires.
He also lives this work personally. Cairo has undertaken sustained work to transform his relationships with each of his four parents, shared a loving & transparent marriage for 18 years as it evolved in form, and values open, age-appropriate conversations with his daughters about life, love, relationships & conflict.
 Robin Stuart
Systems, Attunement & High-Impact Coaching
Robin Stuart is an experienced counsellor & family systems practitioner whose work spans individuals, couples, families, parenting, addiction & major life transitions. She is particularly skilled at recognizing patterns within complex relationship systems and helping people make sense of confusing and entrenched dynamics.
Robin is known for being warm, intuitive & direct. She rapidly helps people identify what needs attention, confront difficult realities & translate understanding into practical change. Within Creator Coaching, focuses on challenge, accountability & high-impact coaching.
Evanye Lawson
Relationships, Intimacy & Sexuality
Evanye Lawson is an integrative, licensed psychotherapist & founder of The Self Love Center. Her work centers on self-love, authenticity, freedom, intimacy & the patterns that can interfere with them, including codependency, people-pleasing, hyper-independence & perfectionism. Her wider background also spans clinical herbalism.
Within Creator Coaching, Evanye brings depth to relationship patterns, intimacy, sexuality, desire, consent & authentic self-expression, helping practitioners work with these areas without imposing narrow assumptions about how people or relationships should be.Â
Kaylan Rha
Creative Therapies and Embodiment
Kaylan Rha is a counsellor, transpersonal coach & embodiment practitioner whose work supports individuals, couples & groups through body-based practice, creative expression & deep inquiry.
Her approach brings together movement, sound, art therapy & embodied awareness to help people reconnect with parts of themselves that may have become silenced or difficult to express. She is particularly interested in how the body can become a source of information, creativity, pleasure & possibility rather than something to manage or override.Â

 Trauma-Informed Coaching
Addressing the Blindspots of Coaching
Explore how trauma-informed principles can deepen the way you understand, communicate with & support the people you work with.
This practical guide introduces some of the central ideas underpinning trauma-informed coaching and considers what they mean in real practice. It explores nervous-system awareness, safety, relationship, language, boundaries, scope & the importance of understanding the context surrounding a person’s responses rather than treating behavior in isolation.
You will also be invited to reflect on how trauma-informed thinking can influence the way you listen, ask questions, introduce challenge, support regulation & decide when a situation may require a different kind of professional support.
The guide offers a useful resource in its own right, while also giving you a glimpse into the psychologically informed, relational & ethically grounded thinking that runs throughout the Creator Coaching Program.
