To a significant degree, human life can be seen as the experience of a social being—with a mind and body—moving through time and space, with access to a range of perspectives. The Integral Attunement Matrix (IAM) maps these dynamics by highlighting six interconnected dimensions that shape your experience: Time, Perspectives, Attachment, Body, Mind, and Energy Dynamics in Space.

By attuning to these dimensions, you can move from reactive patterns to conscious, empowered choice. IAM offers a way to understand yourself not as a collection of traits, but as a fluid, evolving being capable of integration, resilience, and relational presence.

Rather than locking you into fixed attachment labels, IAM helps you understand the patterns and needs driving your relational behavior in real time. This includes your approach to closeness, safety, trust, and autonomy.

We use this lens to support you in building secure, flexible, and deeply attuned relationships—starting with the one you have with yourself.

IAM invites you to see yourself, others, and the world with clarity. We can develop our ability to see personal, interpersonal, and transpersonal perspectives, offering an integrated way of living and relating.

Working with me focuses on cultivating compassionate awareness across all three levels, so you can show up with more empathy, insight, and presence in every part of your life. This work is what I call, the art of nurturing effective perspectives.

 Your past does not define you, but it can shape your present and your future. The IAM framework explores how your past, present, and future are interconnected—and how becoming conscious of these layers allows you to break cycles and create new possibilities.

Together, we work to surface the narratives and emotional imprints that are still active, so you can rewrite your story and make empowered, intentional choices.

Your mind is more than a meaning-making engine—it’s also the tool that allows you to focus your attention and skillfully navigate inner and outer realities. IAM helps you become aware of the beliefs, assumptions, and internal narratives shaping your experience.

Through our work, we untangle limiting thought loops and cultivate more adaptive, empowered mental patterns that support your growth, creativity, and self-worth. We also build your capacity to focus your attention on what truly nourishes and supports you.

Your body carries intelligence. It holds your story and reveals your state of safety or stress long before your mind catches up. IAM emphasizes somatic awareness, polyvagal-informed practice, and parts work as core components of transformation.

Together, we practice listening to the body’s signals, working with your nervous system, and getting to know how the different parts of you show up in you somatically. We develop regulation tools and access embodied wisdom so you can move through life with greater grace, self-trust, and resilience.

Your energy dynamics reveal the way you move through psychological and relational space. IAM explores how you approach, maintain, or avoid connection and challenge, and how these energy patterns shape your presence, posture,, relationships and boundaries.

Together, we bring awareness to these dynamics so you can navigate intensity, intimacy, and interaction with more clarity and choice. You’ll learn when to lean in, when to hold your ground, and when to step back—not from fear or habit, but from attunement and intention.
