About the Author

Cairo Rha is a psychotherapist, educator, mediator, facilitator, coach, father, partner, and author of The Arc of Your Lips: Communication, Inside Out.

His work sits at the intersection of communication, mental health, education, and systems change. Across these fields, he focuses on the same insight: how we relate shapes what becomes possible between us.

Cairo’s approach is integrative, drawing on postgraduate degrees in counseling, psychotherapy, and education, alongside more than two decades of work with individuals, couples, schools, communities, leaders, and organizations.

He has led a multi-language international coaching academy, worked across therapeutic, leadership, and cross-cultural environments, and supported the integration of social and emotional learning into schools and organizations.

In his relationships and career, Cairo has used communication to open doors where there were none, repair what seemed closed, and reveal the places where more honesty, humility, courage, and care were being asked of him.

He remains a devoted student of communication, knowing that no two people, relationships, conversations, or systems are ever the same.
